Rail traffic has been interrupted since the beginning of the afternoon between Brest and Morlaix following a “personal accident” in Landivisiau.

SNCF traffic is heavily disrupted between Brest and Morlaix this Thursday afternoon. One person was hit by the TGV Brest – Paris, shortly after 2 pm, at Landivisiau. An investigation is under way to establish the circumstances of the tragedy. Direct consequence for rail traffic: all TER planned between Brest and Morlaix have been removed (in both directions) until further notice. No TGV leaves and arrives in Brest. The terminus of the line is moved to Morlaix. SNCF tries to get travelers to their destination by other means. “Not easy in the Tour de France,” says the communication department.
